Estimator (Construction)

Location: London

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Progression, Training, Holiday

Are you an Estimator with a construction background looking to join a well-known company specializing in construction restorations? They offer training and great opportunities for career growth.

This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit family team with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Known for quality and service, they handle some of London's most prestigious high-end projects.

In this role, you'll create accurate, value-engineered cost estimates, build client relationships, and manage projects from start to contract award. Your daily tasks will include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations for project success.

The Role

1. Identify risks and opportunities within tenders to provide precise estimates.
2. Assist Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post-completion project reviews.
3. Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
