Job summary

3Sixty Talent Management Ltd is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager in Bedford to join a prestigious client’s team. You will oversee pricing, tenders and early planning, taking projects from take-offs to subcontractor pricing and bid submissions.

The role targets an estimator or pre-construction professional with proven construction estimating experience and a track record of managing full tender cycles. Salary up to £50,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Experience managing the full tender process.
• Strong ability to read drawings and perform take-offs.
• Experience obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent; CSCS card.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in pricing and securing commercial construction projects, working across estimating, tenders, take-offs, subcontractor pricing and early project planning.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial construction estimating

• Strong understanding of drawings, take-offs, labour and materials
• Experience obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Good communication and attention to detail
