Job summary

Everlinked Ltd in Coventry is seeking an experienced estimator with a background in complex precision machining to turn intricate customer enquiries into accurate quotations. You will assess manufacturability, cycle times, tooling and risks to protect profitability and support growth.

You will work closely with programmers, production and quality teams, review drawings, and help refine estimating methods as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating complex multi-axis machining work.
• Knowledge of cycle times, fixturing and tooling.
• Familiar with AS9100/ISO9001 quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, models and specs for manufacturability.
• Produce accurate quotations with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Estimate complex milling, turning and multi-operation parts.
• Consider materials, special processes and outside services.
• Collaborate with production, quality and programming teams.
