Job summary

Clitheroe-based Estimator (Commercial Roofing) with experience in metal or flat roofs or specialist envelopes, is invited to join a growing contractor. The role covers preparing detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, Bills of Quantities, and commercial pricing for commercial and public sector projects.

Key duties include analysing drawings, liaising with clients and supply chain, conducting site surveys, assessing risks, and supporting project teams through construction.

Qualifications

• Estimator with experience in metal or flat commercial roofs or specialist building envelopes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions and Bills of Quantities for commercial/public sector projects.
• Analyse drawings, liaise with clients and supply chain, conduct site surveys and assess risks.
• Support commercial and project teams throughout the construction phase.
