£65,000 - £75,000 + Fully Remote + Flexible Working + Progression + Training + Company Bonus

Are you an Estimator with experience in roofing and cladding within construction, looking for a fully remote role that offers career progression into a leadership position, along with excellent company training and a supportive environment?

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate estimates for roofing and cladding projects.
2. Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope and requirements.
3. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
4. Conduct site visits to gather information for estimates.
5. Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, specifically in roofing and cladding.
2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
