Our client specialises in fit-outs and refurbishments across a range of sectors.

Our client, a leading interiors contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Wigan. Specialising in CAT A & B fit-out projects, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of exciting commercial projects and make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for CAT A & B fit-out projects.
Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to produce comprehensive estimates.
Identify project risks and provide solutions to mitigate cost variations.
Work with project teams to manage budgets and control costs throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure project requirements are met.
Provide regular cost reports and updates to senior management.

About You:

Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within CAT A & B fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost management.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
