A fantastic opportunity for anEstimator / QS has arisen with my Client who are highly regarded in the industry for their dynamic and cutting edge approach to the design, manufacturing and installation offacade, envelope and SFS systems tailored to the modern architectural sector.

My Client seeks an Estimator who can fulfil the following duties (SFS based experience would be ideal for the role however is not essential to your success in the position):

Role Overview

• Review and analyse QA forms submitted by the Internal/External sales team to discover potential project opportunities for the production and provision of SFS systems.
• Ensure that the estimates are carried out based on pre-qualified project opportunities from our sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the Internal/external sales team, architects, main contractors, and subcontractors throughout the pre-contract period for seamless coordination and successful project execution.
• Comprehend every aspect of the project concerning my Client's capabilities and guarantee that this is reflected in all cost estimates given to customers.
• Review SFS project drawings, perform take-offs, and utilize Microsoft Excel to generate cost estimates for a range of projects.
• Create professional and timely quotations.

To ensure success in this role it is essential you have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, peers, design team members and management. In addition to strong communications skills a highly methodical and organised approach to your work is imperative.
