Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is seeking an Estimator to join their Nottingham team, specialising in interior fit-out, refurbishment and joinery across education, commercial and healthcare sectors.

You will produce accurate tenders, review documentation, issue subcontract enquiries, and generate costings under tight deadlines.

A competitive package includes a guideline salary of £50,000-£60,000, £5,000 car allowance, 25 days plus bank holidays, healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience within the fit-out, refurbishment or joinery sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation to identify trade packages and material requirements.
• Prepare and issue subcontract enquiries to suppliers
• Identify pricing gaps and complete labour/plant/material pricing from first principles.
• Compile tender qualifications and exclusions.
• Produce accurate costings

Estimator - a leading interior fit-out and joinery specialist based in Nottingham is searching for an Estimator to join the growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator join a successful business delivering refurbishment, fit-out and joinery installations across education, commercial and healthcare sectors.
