Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an experienced Estimator for roles within the south west region. The successful candidate will join a growing team specialising in refurbishment and fit-out for high-quality leisure, hotel, and restaurant establishments across the UK.

Ideal applicants will have pre-construction experience on projects from £1m–£15m and be comfortable with flexible, semi-remote working. A degree or equivalent qualification and recent relevant experience are required.

An excellent opportunity to join an expanding business based in the south west specialising in the leisure, hotel and restaurant sector. The company specialise in refurbishment and fit out of high quality establishments throughout the UK

Due to growth the company are looking to add to the pre construction team and are seeking an experienced Estimator, preferably living in the South West, although due to the nature fo the workload and the company's flexible approach to employee welfare it may be possible to work on a semi remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in projects ranging from £1m - £15m and have recent relevant experience in the sectors mentioned.
