Job summary

The ideal candidate will have proven Estimator experience in related construction fields, strong commercial awareness, and proficiency with estimating software and Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• Proven experience as an Estimator within drylining, interiors, or related construction sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines.

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drylining and partitioning projects

• Conducting take-offs and pricing materials, labour, and subcontract packages
