Are you an experienced Estimator seeking a new challenge? Would you enjoy working for a large national group?

An exciting opportunity due to growth, to join a large, national contractor delivering timber frame units across the UK. Working alongside an established commercial team, you will provide support to BDMs across the country to supply accurate and cost-effective quotes and tenders for multi-unit housing projects for a national developer client base.

As an Estimator, your duties will include:

• Providing accurate cost estimates
• Managing your pipeline alongside the sales team to ensure that jobs are prioritized correctly
• Liaising regularly with technical and production teams to ensure progress is on time and within budget
• Providing cover for customer sales enquiries when needed
• Having 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrating strong communication skills across all levels
• Having a good understanding of software packages, specifically MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Being able to work to strict deadlines and manage your own workload
• Possessing good business and commercial awareness gained from working in the construction industry
