Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking an Estimator based in Doncaster with refurbishment experience to produce pricing for social housing refurbishment frameworks. You will liaise with the commercial team and collaborate across Commercial, Design, Operations and HSE to ensure pricing aligns with client requirements.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a strong commitment to training and progression within a Tier 1 contractor network across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience estmating and pricing refurbishment projects.
• Based in Doncaster with relevant sector expertise.
• Experience working with social housing schemes is desirable.

What you'll be doing:

• Producing accurate pricing for frameworks within set timeframes.
• Liaise with the commercial team to ensure seamless production.
