Job Title: Estimator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £40,000 + Package
Sector: Timber Frame

Are you an experienced timber frame Estimator seeking a new challenge?
Would you enjoy working for a large national group?

An exciting opportunity due to growth, to join a large, National contractor delivering timber frame units across the UK. Working alongside an established commercial team you will also provide support to BDM's across the country to supply accurate & cost effective quotes and tenders for multi unit housing projects for a National Developer client base.

As an Estimator your duties will include:

• Providing accurate cost estimates




• Manage your pipeline alongside the sales team to ensure that jobs are prioritised correctly




• Liaise regularly with technical & production teams to ensure that progress on time & to budget




• Provide cover for customer sales enquiries when needed

Essential Requirements:

• Working in a similar role for 2-5 years




• Strong communication skills across all levels




• Good understanding of different software packages, specifically MS Excel & AutoCAD




• Able to work to strict deadlines & manage your own workload




• Good business & commercial awareness gained from working in the construction industry
