We Are Looking For Someone Like You

  • 1-5+ years Estimator experience in Plumbing, HVAC and Process Piping of Institutional, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Brewery, Healthcare, and Industrial related projects.
  • Responsible to lead all estimates up to $1M. On larger projects, Estimator will work under guidance of a Senior Estimator.
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
  • Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules.
  • Quickpen / Autobid software experience .
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for soliciting, evaluating, and preparing bid proposals in the most attractive manner to general contractors and owners.
