Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate quotations.
• Prepare and submit tenders within deadlines.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Support project handovers to ensure smooth transition from estimating to delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labour rates, and market trends.

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the roofing, waterproofing, or wider construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
