About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimating Manager to lead our clients estimating function while supporting procurement activities across our projects. This is a pivotal role that blends commercial acumen with strategic sourcing, ensuring accurate cost forecasting and value-driven procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for tenders and live projects.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
* Develop and maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Support procurement activities including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
* Work closely with the procurement team to ensure alignment between estimating and purchasing strategies.
* Monitor market trends and pricing to inform cost planning and procurement decisions.
* Provide post-tender support including cost breakdowns and value engineering proposals.
