A leading company in masonry accessories is seeking a Technical Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate quotations and exceptional customer service, all while collaborating closely with clients and the internal team. This position entails driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction in a diverse and fast-paced environment. A minimum of two years' experience in a construction setting is required, along with strong communication skills.

The Technical Engineer will ensure the Keyfix team produce Commercially and Technically accurate quotations and communicate and collaborate effectively with the Keyfix team to ensure correct mark ups are produced in accordance with the customer’s project requirements. You will adopt good practise and general principles when specifying Keyfix products and exceed customer expectations by ensuring prompt replies to queries, implementing comments and meeting site delivery dates.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be a key player within our core team.
This role will be required to champion continuous improvement and drive the development of existing and new growth potential, with particular focus delivering unrivalled customer service levels, customer relationships and commercial targets.
Location: Cookstown
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5.00pm and Friday 8.45am-3.30pm ¦ On site
Occasional travel within NI, GB & ROI will be expected to develop relationships / solve technical issues &/or facilitate site installations.
