    You will have:

  • Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours; please discuss your availability with the hiring manager during the interview process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
