About you:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales, staff scheduling
  • Experience with inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Experience creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability; discuss your schedule with the hiring manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to work in the country
