Position Summary:

We are seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. If you are an ambitious self-starter seeking a progressive career in the Retail Beauty Industry, this role could be ideal for you.

With your passion for people, our company, and our products, you will deliver a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights customers. You will also utilize your coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, perform cash reconciliation at the start and end of each day, and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

To support your development in this supervisory role, we will provide the necessary training and tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

About you:

• Previous retail experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable but not essential
• Experience in supervising, coaching, or mentoring others to meet sales and customer service targets is desirable
• A passion for providing authentic, personalized, and inspirational customer service
• An approachable and friendly demeanor
• Confidence in engaging with customers to understand and cater to their needs
• Flexible availability across days and hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
• Proof of right to live and work in the UK
