Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Store. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter seeking a progressive career in the Retail Beauty Industry.

With your passion for people, our company, and our products, you will create a unique and inspiring in-store experience for each customer, educating, inspiring, and delighting them. You will also demonstrate excellent coaching and mentoring skills, lead by example, and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation at the start and end of each day.

We are committed to supporting your development in this first-level supervisory role by providing the necessary tools and training to succeed.
