Overview

Estates Team Administrator/PA – Multiple roles available

Salary: Up to £25,611 per annum (pro-rata if part-time) (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Working Pattern: Roles are full-time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year) but we will consider substantial part time hours (minimum of 30 hours per week)

Location: Sparsholt Campus (Winchester)

Closing Date: 28th September 2025

We are seeking to expand our administrative team and have multiple roles available supporting our Estates Helpdesk provision, our Health and Safety manager, delivery of our sustainability agenda and to support our farm office.

Responsibilities
  • Duties include diary management, organising meetings, maintaining and updating database and other systems, producing correspondence, reports and liaising closely with other college departments, staff, and external organisations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy front-line environment, with strong customer focus and good organisational and communication skills and so experience of working in a busy office environment is preferable.
  • The successful applicant will need to possess:
    • strong customer focus with a “can-do” attitude
    • a good standard of education including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
    • good organisational skills
    • competency in the use of IT systems including MS Office (Outlook/Calendar/Excel/Word) and have excellent communication skills.
    • be flexible and willing to support across the premises team to provide an excellent customer experience
