A leading compliance consultancy is seeking an experienced Systems and Compliance Manager to lead estates compliance and governance across multiple London sites. You will ensure the estate is safe, efficient, and compliant with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in estates hard services, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage contractor relationships effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in estates hard services.
  • Specialist knowledge of HTMs and HBNs.
  • In-depth understanding of statutory and mandatory compliance.
  • Skilled in compliance systems and reporting.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel across London sites.

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Systems and Compliance Manager to lead estates compliance and governance across multiple London sites. This pivotal role ensures the estate is safe, efficient, and fully compliant with statutory and Department of Health requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee estates compliance systems, reporting and action plans.
  • Manage computerised maintenance systems, CAD drawings and asset registers.
  • Lead Estates Coordinators and Stores, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Take responsibility for NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM) and Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC).
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to deliver statutory compliance.
  • Support capital project handovers and deputise for the Deputy Head of Estates.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
