Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join the high-performance Property team. You will manage a patch, gaining wide experience across the estate including property management, acquisitions, lease events, and cost control.

You will engage in landlord negotiations, support senior leaders with data analysis, and travel nationally and internationally as needed. The role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates management and lease events management.
• Ability to review, analyze, interpret and present data to inform senior leadership.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own workload including estates management issues and lease event management, including external consultants where necessary.
• Manage time and priorities effectively; the Estates Team works to hard, critical deadlines and dates.
• Get involved in acquisitions in your patch and assist senior team members during acquisition phases.
• Assist team members on all estates matters to ensure the estate remains fit for purpose, enabling retail teams to operate effectively and profitably.
• Handle landlord negotiations and engage consultants on technical renewals; take ownership of events and report accordingly.
• Manage a given geographical area of responsibility including business rates, service charges and general estates issues.
• Proactively review data to inform decision making for senior leadership.
