Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join our high-performance Property team. You will manage a defined patch, handling estates matters, acquisitions support, lease events and cost control to ensure the estate remains fit for purpose for our retail operations.

You will work with external consultants, coordinate critical deadlines and travel as required to support flagship sites. This role offers varied responsibilities and opportunities to develop expertise across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage estates and lease events.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your workload including estates management issues and lease event management, coordinating with external consultants as needed.
• Prioritise effectively as the Estates Team works to hard deadlines and dates.
• Get involved in acquisitions within your patch and support senior team during acquisition phases.
• Assist team members on all estates matters to ensure the estate remains fit for purpose for retail operations.
• Dealt with diverse tasks from road works with local councils to legal relocation of flagship stores.
• Lead lease events, negotiating with landlords and coordinating consultants on renewals.
• Own a geographical area of responsibility including business rates, service charges and general estates issues.
