  • Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety legislation
  • Deliver small-to-medium scale capital works and estates improvement projects
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and contractor oversight
  • Liaise with internal teams, prepare reports, and manage remedial actions
  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and audit standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Trade background with qualification or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven team leadership in a maintenance or estates function
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire safety, legionella, and building compliance
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle suitable for business use
  • Self-starter able to manage a busy schedule and regional travel
  • Experience in care or education settings is desirable but not essential

  • Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
  • Extras: Company-funded enhanced DBS, pension (NEST), remote working setup, and ongoing training
