We are currently recruiting for an Estates Senior Project Manager to support the strategic development and management of the client's estate on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your role will involve:

1. Manage the successful delivery of estate planning and management projects, and estate strategic advisory commissions, of varying size and complexity, within health and life science environments.
2. Coordinate resources accordingly.
3. Serve as the point of contact for clients.
4. Deliver projects in line with processes and procedures.
5. Assist with the estate development plan.
6. Report on progress and ensure all commissions are managed in line with company values, financial instructions, good practice, and compliance with legislation, statutory approvals, and standards.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

1. Demonstrable experience in estates management such as Estates Manager, Head of Estates, Estate Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager.
2. Experience leading estate-based projects such as construction and modifications.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Background in estates, construction, architecture, or project management fields is preferred.
5. Experience in the public sector (e.g., NHS, Life Sciences, Education, University, Local or Central Government) is advantageous.

Due to the secure nature of the site, candidates will need to undergo BPSS clearance prior to starting and be eligible for SC Security Clearance.
