Estates Project Manager
Estates (Central)
Location: Egham
Salary: £49,325 per annum - including London Allowance

This is the expected starting salary for this post. Appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

The Estates Department is in the process of further developing the Universities historic estate to provide a 21st century campus and user experience that meets the increasingly contemporary needs of the people studying, working, and visiting here. The Estates Department is in the final stages of a post pandemic restructure and the Project Manager role is a key enabling part of this new structure whilst we recruit to the permanent team.

The postholder of this permanent position will deliver and manage the day to day running of multiple construction and engineering-based projects through the entire project lifecycle with responsibility for the successful delivery of all elements, to specified levels of time, budget and quality.

In addition, the postholder will be required to adopt a university wide perspective and build relationships with a range of stakeholders to facilitate delivery of the Estates Capital Program.
