Job summary

The Childrens Trust is seeking a Project Management Support to assist the Head of Estates in delivering the estates strategy and project outputs across Trust facilities. The role involves defining scope, developing specifications, cost estimates and timescales, prioritising projects, and ensuring stakeholder inclusion throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage capital and small works, monitor contractor performance, promote a strong health and safety culture, and maintain risk registers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within scope, time and budget.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within remit and budget, with spend approved by authority.
• Manage moves, adds and changes to Trust facilities.
• Ensure contractor vetting, induction and monitoring per procedures.
• Maintain project risk registers and governance documentation.
• Coordinate with estates and clinical/educational services to minimise disruption.
