Estates Operations Manager - NHS - Barnet - £58k

A Hospital Estates Operations Manager, preferably with an electrical and mechanical background, is needed for an acute NHS site in Barnet. This is a PFI contract with 8 years remaining of a 30-year concession. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a team of around 35 staff, including supervisors, senior engineers, and engineers, responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a busy hospital site.

This role involves supporting significant lifecycle projects across the site. The team maintains a good relationship with the trust and the SPV. The work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with free parking provided onsite.
