1. The Estates multi skilled engineer (Electrical bias) has responsibility for day-to-day operational maintenance of the hospital environment at The Tameside General Hospital, including reactive and pre planned maintenance tasks, and where required to work with specialist contractors.
Efficient and effective operation and maintenance of environmental engineering plant, equipment and other engineering systems including electrical systems, generators, LV systems, heating, air conditioning, fire alarms and specialist healthcare equipment. Diagnosis and repair faults including mechanical, and electrical devices and control systems.
