Function: Star Pubs
Location: Field Based (in and around Yorkshire & Lincolnshire) - due to the nature of the work and to ensure a good work-life balance, candidates should reside in or near this area.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent

As an Estates Manager at Star Pubs, your role extends beyond property management. It involves strategic estate planning, profit optimization, and asset value enhancement. You'll work closely with other Estates Managers and act as the regional property expert, with expertise in Landlord and Tenant law and the Pubs Code Regulations.
Reporting to the Estates Team Leader, you'll oversee approximately 150 sites across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and parts of the East Midlands. Your responsibilities include negotiating rents, managing lease renewals, and exploring development opportunities to maximize estate value. Engaging with people is crucial—managing rent reviews, lease negotiations, and supporting new lease and capex schemes for Star Pubs and tenants.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled negotiators, especially in managing Market Rent Options and rent reviews (preferably MRICS qualified). Experience managing multi-site portfolios and influencing others, including coaching Business Development Managers, is valuable. You will champion estate matters and lead in-house training on best practices.
