Job Summary

Are you an Estates Manager looking for a role allowing you to be home-based with control over your schedule?

We are currently working with a national and international automotive retailer with annual sales in excess of £1 billion across five countries in Europe who are looking for an Estates Manager to join their UK Property team.

This position will offer up to £60,000 plus a company car, performance-related bonus, healthcare, and more. This role will be based from home with field visits required as and when necessary.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals on operational and sublet properties
  • Managing standalone and multi-occupied buildings - retail and industrial
  • Levying and payment of service charges on the properties within the portfolio
  • Negotiating the purchase and disposal of property interests
  • Letting of vacant properties, including appointing and managing external surveyors

You will need a full UK Driving Licence to undertake this role.
