An Estates Painter / Decorator plays a key role in the Estates Maintenance Services delivery. The individual will support the Estates maintenance team in the delivery of work that is both of a routine and non-routine nature. This will include managing painting programmes that will contribute to the Trusts objectives carried out in a safe, cost-effective, efficient manner and compliant with legislation, Health Technical Memorandums (HTM), and good practice.
