Job description

London Business School is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join the Campus Services and Estates team. You will be responsible for the daily coordination of the Estates Helpdesk, ensuring all job requests for Service teams are logged and addressed. The role requires providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders, including colleagues and contractors. If you enjoy multitasking, this position is ideal for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to all stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality materials.
  • Respond promptly to and resolve inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in business systems.
  • Build and develop relationships within and outside the team, receiving positive feedback from colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and standards.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in a Building Maintenance environment.
  • Experience working with CAFM systems and Helpdesk teams.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Robust administrative experience.
  • Several years of experience in a busy environment working with multiple managers.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to interpret and apply guidelines to specific activities.
