Job description

London Business School is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join the Campus Services and Estates team. You will be responsible for the daily coordination of the Estates Helpdesk, ensuring that job requests from all Service teams are logged and actioned. Providing excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders, including colleagues and contractors, is essential. If you enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously, this role is ideal for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality support to all stakeholders.
  • Producing high-quality materials.
  • Responding promptly to and resolving enquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Maintaining accuracy and integrity of data in business systems.
  • Developing relationships within and outside the team, and receiving positive feedback from colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and standards.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience working within a Building Maintenance environment.
  • Experience with CAFM systems and Helpdesk teams.
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Several years of experience in a busy environment working with multiple managers.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Strong team working skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines to specific activities.
