Overview

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team and provide support to the Estates and Transport departments. In this customer focused role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for staff and help in processing work requests. This includes handling inquiries via phone, Quadpro—our internal request system—emails, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring that all requests are addressed promptly.

  • Assist with various other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills with the ability to manage a wide range of requests effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good general education with at least GCSE grade 4 / Level 2 or higher in English and Maths.
