Able to quickly learn new platforms and maintain accurate, well-organised records to support effective estates governance.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyse leases and associated property documentation, identifying key obligations, financial terms, and governance requirements.
  • Excellent data accuracy, including inputting and updating detailed lease information, and financial details, ensuring reliability of estates data across all systems.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, able to organise and manage workload independently, use initiative, drive tasks forward and take ownership of tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Able to work at pace.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and escalating issues appropriately. Understands when to work independently and when to engage others to ensure accuracy and compliance.
