Job summary

Page Executive is partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a Head of Estates Finance. You will provide strategic financial leadership across a substantial property, estates and development portfolio, working with senior stakeholders to shape governance, planning, reporting and investment appraisal.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant senior financial management experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading high‑performing finance teams and driving change.
• Expertise in financial planning, reporting, governance, controls and risk management.
• Experience supporting major investment programmes and large‑scale business cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across estates, property and development portfolio.
• Lead governance, planning, reporting and investment appraisal for major capital programmes.
• Deliver high‑quality financial business partnering and performance management.
• Advise executive stakeholders on financial performance, investments and risk.
• Oversee CAPEX/OPEX management and asset performance in a capital‑intensive environment.
