Job summary

Based at HMP Feltham or HMP Wormwood Scrubs, you will manage hard FM delivery, contractor performance, audits, and compliance to ensure maintenance services are delivered effectively.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and budget oversight to support estates projects and funding bids.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day hard and soft FM delivery.
• Managing FM contractor and supplier relationships.
• Attending daily site/governor meetings and identifying estates-related issues.
• Monitoring reactive maintenance and associated budgets.
• Planning planned and preventative maintenance works.
• Providing oversight of estates projects and supporting funding bids.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and resolving operational issues.
• Ensuring works meet required standards, compliance and performance expectations.
