Job Description:

What you'll be doing :

  • Helping the Estates and Facilities team in day-to-day management of obtaining documentation for accurate facilities management records.
  • Updating plans and occupancy, leases, licenses, and other schedules using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Verifying costs and share of costs for the NHS Trust across the Trust sites.
  • Managing relationships between the client, key stakeholders, Capita Local Government Business Services, and delivery partners.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and between Capita and the client Trust on budgets, reporting, analysis, including CAFM data, costs, occupancy dates, and space records.
  • Overseeing and understanding occupancy by service for the NHS Client, ensuring all participants understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinating daily and periodic activities, liaising with delivery partners to keep records updated and maintained.
  • Resolving queries and proactively identifying and preventing potential issues.

  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong professional relationships at all levels.
  • Success in influencing, leading, supporting, and motivating stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge.
  • Experience using financial systems and automation to improve operational efficiencies, such as ordering systems and property management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad experience or understanding of working in a transactional finance environment.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.
