What you'll be doing :

  • Helping the Estates and Facilities team in day-to-day management of obtaining documentation for accurate facilities management records.
  • Help update plans and occupancy, leases, licenses, and other schedules using AutoCAD or similar.
  • Verifying costs and share of costs for the NHS Trust across the Trust sites.
  • Relationship management between the client and other key business stakeholders, and Capita Local Government Business Services and its delivery partners.
  • Working with colleagues and between Capita and the client Trust on budgets, reporting, analysis, with CAFM data, including cost, occupancy dates, and space records for the same.
  • Oversight and understanding of the occupancy by service for the NHS Client the department ensuring that all participants understand fully their part in a process and are able to execute their role and responsibilities to meet agreed expectations.
  • Coordination of daily and periodic activities, prompting, reminding, and liaising with delivery partners, to ensure records are updated and maintained.
  • Resolution of queries and the identification and prevention of potential issues before they arise.

  • Evidence of success in influencing, leading, supporting, and motivating stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
