Job summary

You will lead a small team, drive performance management with accurate data, and collaborate with colleagues to support regeneration, opportunities, and revenue collection services.

Qualifications

• Clear experience in strategic oversight of a commercial property portfolio.
• Strong financial rigour and ability to maximise returns.
• Ability to collaborate across council functions to support regeneration and revenue services.

Responsibilities
