Estates Facilities Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Coordinator to work alongside a brilliant Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and have experience in scheduling and coordinating facilities maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for engineers to attend to.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure all work is executed safely and efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the facility maintenance team to ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for the department.
  • Organize and coordinate equipment and part orders.
  • Participate in equipment troubleshooting and provide technical support to the team.
