You’ll be joining our Property Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

Your future, your role
As an Estates Coordinator, you’ll be:

  • Working closely with Estates Surveyors and Finance to ensure systems are up to date, paying correct rent, and processing lease changes
  • Maintaining property systems, databases, and files for all property documents and trackers
  • Supporting the Estates Surveyors with capital expenditure requests and purchase orders
  • Coordinating third-party consultants on surplus property compliance
  • Communicating portfolio changes to stakeholders
  • Resolving discrepancies with finance, mainly rent
  • Providing property maintenance support and managing works trackers
  • Supporting budgeting processes
  • Managing insurance documents and sharing policy documents upon request
  • Managing the Estates inbox and general administration tasks

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, experience in property environments, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience in medical-related property fields is desirable but not essential.
