We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team.
Base location will be agreed upon appointment and based on business needs, this will be either Scarsdale or Ashfield. This role is mainly based on site with travel to other sites required. The Estates Coordinator position will cover Nottingham and Derbyshire areas. Flexibility to work across this area is required.
The salary on offer would be starting from £30,000 per annum plus £3k car allowance.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
