Job Title: Estates Compliance Support Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
An exciting opportunity to join the Estates, Facilities and Capital Development (EFCD) Team at UHS.
This role is primarily based on site at UHS and is integral to ensuring that estates compliance is effectively monitored, managed and reported, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of services across the Trust.
As part of our team, you will work independently within scope of practice as part of the EFCD Compliance Team, providing specialist advice and guidance on estates statutory and mandatory compliance. You’ll play a key role in monitoring compliance frameworks such as SCART and the NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM), coordinating risk governance processes, and supporting the delivery of safe, compliant estates services.
