Job summary

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Compliance Manager to lead risk analysis, develop and roll out compliance plans, and ensure policies are current across the hard FM estate.

You will coordinate Estates H&S, Risk and HTM committees, act as a trusted advisor on regulatory requirements, maintain CAFM and asset registers, and support staff with training and mitigation actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estates compliance management and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Estates' compliance with current and forthcoming legislation and guidance.
• Act as Executive Secretary for Estates H&S, Risk and HTM Committees.
• Coordinate the Premises Assurance Model data and CAFM asset registers.
• Provide advice to staff on Estates-related compliance requirements.
