A care home provider is seeking an Estates Compliance Manager to ensure compliance across their estate. This office-based position involves supporting the Head of Estates in managing operations and maintaining high standards for service users. Competitive salary of up to £35,000 pa and benefits such as flexible working and health support available post-probation.
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Compliance Manager to join the Estates Team due to continued growth within the MMCG team.
This is an office-based role working Monday-Friday within our Leeds Head Office - after successful completion of probation period there will be the option to work from home 1 day per week
The role will also require the successful candidate to work 1 weekend in 6 on an on-call rota

The role:
As Estates Compliance Manager you will support the Head of Estates to ensure that the living environment for our service users are safe and of a high standard, while promoting compliance throughout the estate.
You will be responsible for taking the lead and managing the estates operations, supplier performance, contracts and maintenance activity. You’ll provide advice and support to ensure continued high standards of compliance across the business.
