A leading care provider is seeking an Estates Compliance Manager for their Leeds office. The successful candidate will ensure safe living environments for service users and oversee compliance within the estate. Responsibilities include managing supplier performance and delivering accurate compliance reporting. The role offers a salary up to £35,000 and the option for hybrid work after probation.
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Compliance Manager to join the Estates Team due to continued growth within the MMCG team.
This is an office-based role working Monday-Friday within our Leeds Head Office - after successful completion of probation period there will be the option to work from home 1 day per week.
The role will also require the successful candidate to work 1 weekend in 6 on an on-call rota.
Salary up to £35,000 pa
As Estates Compliance Manager you will support the Head of Estates to ensure that the living environment for our service users are safe and of a high standard, while promoting compliance throughout the estate.
You will be responsible for taking the lead and managing the estates operations, supplier performance, contracts and maintenance activity. You\'ll provide advice and support to ensure continued high standards of compliance across the business.
